Xiaobo Tian, PhD

Special-Term Associate Researcher, who earned his PhD degree from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands in 2021, and served as a Research Associate at the University of Geneva, Switzerland from 2021 to 2025. He has long been engaged in mass spectrometry-based multi-omics research with a focus on proteomics, metabolomics, peptide and protein chemistry, and is committed to developing efficient and accurate qualitative and quantitative analytical methods for proteins, peptides and metabolites to reveal the key biomolecular mechanisms associated with diseases. He has published a number of research papers as the first or corresponding author in internationally authoritative journals, including Analytical Chemistry, Analytica Chimica Acta, Journal of Proteome Research, and Mass Spectrometry Reviews.
